Govt of National Capital Territory of Delhi Home Police-I / Establishment Department 5th Level, 'C' Wing, Delhi Secretariat, I.P. Estate, New Delhi - issued recruitment advertisement for the post of Assistant Public Prosecutors on Contractual appointment basis (six months or till the regular). Eligible candidates apply on or before 21st January 2014.

Educational Qualification: A Degree in law from the recognized University.

Experience:

(1) Retired Prosecuting Officers of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. 

(2) Retired Prosecuting Officers of other Govt. agencies like CBI etc. 

(3) Retired prosecuting officers of State Governments and Union territories of India. 

(4) Legal practitioners who have already worked as Assistant Public Prosecutor for two years or more on contract basis/ regular basis with the Directorate of Prosecution, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.
